At Sassy Comforts, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

Returns

We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery for products that are:

• Unopened
• Unused
• In their original packaging
• Sealed and in resalable condition

For health and safety reasons, opened or used supplements, gummies, capsules, powders, protein products and liquid drops cannot be returned or exchanged, unless the product is defective or otherwise required by applicable law.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the item and packaging.

If approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Refunds

Once an eligible return has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error by Sassy Comforts or where otherwise required by law.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for voluntary returns unless the product was damaged, defective, incorrect, or applicable law requires otherwise.

Please contact us before returning any product so that we can provide return instructions.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has been processed or shipped.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies available to consumers under applicable Canadian or Quebec consumer protection laws.
